Lisa, a Cordon Blue graduate with an internship in France, was one of the first women to be named ICA-American Culinary Federation Chef of the Year and has since added numerous accolades throughout her 30-year career. Lisa’s extensive career started with an executive chef and ownership position at a top NYC restaurant and includes published culinary work & leadership positions in various hotels and restaurants along with her previous position as Director of Culinary at Sodexo for the Mid-Atlantic Region. In her time at Sodexo, Lisa created and successfully executed a three-pronged strategic plan focusing on culinary-excellence that largely included a focus on culinary training and development. Highlights from Lisa’s extensive culinary career include providing and overseeing food service for the Obama Presidential Debates, the World Equestrian Games, and the Country Music Awards in Nashville, TN. Her focus is Brand Management through Marketing and Public Relations to drive brand growth.
